The Santa Barbara Project is a community photography project designed by local photographer Nathaniel Gray. Mr. Gray's vision has always been to raise awareness and to help break down discrimination, not only here in Santa Barbara, but also on a national level. This two year long human project is an in-depth look into the hearts of the people that call Santa Barbara home. We are proud to say that over 200 locals from all walks of life have helped to shape the Santa Barbara Project. Inside this unique book, you will find Nathaniel's raw black and white portrait photography alongside the individual's powerful autobiographies they have written themselves. Unflinching, honest, and inspiring. The Santa Barbara Project is spellbinding and deeply touching.

The Santa Barbara Project will be created into a beautiful hardbound coffee table book and sold exclusively on our website. This compelling book is in the final stages of development and will be made ready to the public November 2018. The official prelaunch of the Santa Barbara Project will be October 13th, 2018.
